The Supplier Connection NY & CT Growth Summit on May 10th, in Stamford, CT, promises to be one of the most unique supplier diversity events of the year.
The NY & CT Growth Summit will provide registered suppliers with the rare opportunity to meet and mingle with corporate procurement executives in an intimate setting. There also will be a special matchmaking opportunity!
The matchmaking session of the event will provide registered suppliers with the chance to meet face-to-face with procurement executives from large corporations and organization buyers.
Confirmed so far are:
- The Coca-Cola Company
- Frontier Communications
- Marist College
- Pitney Bowes Inc.
- Purdue Pharma
- Sikorsky (a division of Lockheed Martin)
- Stanley Black & Decker
- Synchrony Financial
How it works
The small and diverse firms that register for the NY & CT Growth Summit will receive an email, instructing them how to create a distinct Growth Summit matchmaking profile. Additional information will be culled from firms’ Supplier Connection profiles.
The participating corporate buyers will review the matchmaking profiles and select the small and diverse firms with whom they would like to meet and schedule a 15 minute face-to-face meeting.
Suppliers will be notified via email which corporations selected them, so they can prepare their pitches.
Although not every small and diverse supplier who registers for the Growth Summit may be selected for a matchmaking meeting, alternative programming, including a trade show and three workshops examining how to navigate corporate supply chains, will be provided.
The last day to register for the matchmaking opportunity is Friday, May 5th.
